FAQ
I have never drawn/used pastel pencils before, will the videos be suitable for me?
If you are a new to pastels then I recommend that you start with the Silver tier videos. You can then get a feel for pastel and move onto the more advanced Gold/Platinum tutorials once you feel more confident!

How much does it cost?
Depending on which tier you choose, prices are between £5 and £20 (+VAT) per month. You are welcome to cancel anytime.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?
You are welcome to cancel at anytime. Please note that you will be billed each month on the date that you joined e.g. if you joined on the 14th January, you will next be billed on the 14th February and so on.
What materials will I need?
You can find a full list of the recommended materials needed in the description of each video. If you would like a materials list for a specific tutorial in advance of joining, then just get in touch!

What languages are the videos in?
All tutorials are spoken in English. Subtitles are available on my most recent videos but unfortunately unavailable on the older tutorials.

Are the videos available to download?
Tutorials are not available for download. However, they will remain accessible on my Patreon account indefinitely, so you can watch them at your convenience.

Am I allowed to share and sell my progress/finished drawings?
Yes! I ensure that all of the reference photos we use in the tutorials are royalty free which means you are welcome to do whatever you’d like with your drawing. (A credit is of course always appreciated but not essential.)​

Can I connect with other students?
Yes of course! Once you purchased a tutorial, you will have access to the private Facebook group where students can share their work and get to know each other. It’s a really lovely and friendly community!
